Who it is for
Software for a used machinery dealer
You buy well, prep properly and sell on reputation. What slows you down is not the selling. It is that the stock, the costs, the enquiries and the website are four different systems, and three of them are a person.
Stalmio in 2 Minutes
Does this sound like your business?
- You hold somewhere between ten and a couple of hundred machines, across one yard or three.
- You buy at auction, in part exchange, and from customers you have known for years.
- Most enquiries arrive through your website or the portals, and most arrive out of hours.
- You know roughly what each machine made you, but working it out exactly takes an afternoon.
Your week, in order
The parts of Stalmio a business like yours actually lives in. Each one has a short video.
And what you can ignore
You do not have a hire fleet, so leave rental and trackers switched off. Nothing about them will appear in your menus, your reports or your bills, and you can turn them on later if you ever start hiring out.
Questions dealers like you ask
- We are four people. Is this too much system for us?
- Modules you do not use are switched off, so the menu is as short as your business is. Most dealers this size run inventory, enquiries, deals and the storefront and nothing else, and that is a deliberate configuration rather than a stripped-back plan.
- We already pay a portal to advertise. Does this replace that?
- It does not have to. Your own storefront runs alongside whatever portals you use, and the point of it is that the machines on it are always the machines you actually have. Several dealers keep both and find the portal spend easier to judge once their own site is producing enquiries.
- What happens to the spreadsheet we have used for eleven years?
- It becomes the thing you load in once and then stop maintaining. Onboarding is done with you rather than handed to you, and the honest answer about how long it takes depends on how many photos you have and where they live.
See it on your own stock
A demo is a conversation, not a slideshow. Bring your machines, your hire fleet and the part of the week that annoys you most.
