Who it is for

Software for an agricultural machinery dealer

Farm machinery is a parts and service business with tractors attached. The season decides everything, the workshop decides your margin, and the customer list you have built over thirty years is the most valuable thing you own.

Stalmio in 2 Minutes

Does this sound like your business?

  • Parts and service are a bigger share of your turnover than whole machines.
  • Your year has two weeks in it where nothing can wait, and the rest is preparing for them.
  • You know your customers by name, their farms and their machines, and almost none of that is written down anywhere.
  • Warranty on what you sold is a running argument you usually lose politely.

Your week, in order

The parts of Stalmio a business like yours actually lives in. Each one has a short video.

And what you can ignore

If you do not hire machines out, leave rental switched off. Transport is worth a look even so: getting a combine to a farm and back is a real cost that most ag dealers absorb without measuring.

Questions dealers like you ask

Our parts department is the business. Is parts an afterthought here?
It is a full catalogue with stock levels, bin locations, reorder points, cost and sell price, and machine compatibility, and a part fitted on a job comes off the same shelf the counter sells from. What it is not is a replacement for a manufacturer's parts system, so if you are a franchised dealer that is a question worth asking us directly.
Can we reach the customer list before the season?
Yes. Campaigns pull from the same customer records and the same stock, so an offer aimed at the machines you want gone before harvest takes minutes, and you can see who opened it and who clicked which machine.
How does it handle service intervals and warranty on machines we sold?
Cover is recorded at the point of sale, in your own words, with what is included and what is not, so five months later it is one glance rather than a search through email. Repairs on machines in cover are priced as warranty work and never reach the customer's bill.

See it on your own stock

A demo is a conversation, not a slideshow. Bring your machines, your hire fleet and the part of the week that annoys you most.
