Questions about plans
- What happens when we outgrow a plan?
- You add seats or move up, and nothing has to be rebuilt. Starter includes five users and Growth ten, extra seats are added one at a time, and Enterprise has no cap on users or on machines. Growing is a billing change, not a migration.
- Can we change plan later?
- Yes, in either direction. Your data, your storefront and your settings are unaffected by which plan you are on, because the plan only sets how many people and machines you are entitled to rather than which features you get.
- Are features held back on the cheaper plan?
- No. Every plan includes every module: sales, rental, workshop, parts, billing, your storefront, portal listings and the AI assistants. You pay for scale, not for access, which is why a small dealer gets the same product a larger one does.
